My recent trip to overseas, i dump the whole thing together with my camera stuff..No check tio, my fren dump it in his sling pouch, no kena..Another fren dump into his haversack, kena then his bot of drinking water kena also..Custom lady ask what is this, my fren reply e-cigarette..Took another look, put back in but confiscate the water..
Erm... For going on board the flight, yes. They have every right to confiscate the bottled mineral water. Kena before also. Like I said, they got bigger things to worry about than the little insignificant PV.Heng suay...

But u can bring empty water bottle in, and fill it up inside at the water cooler before boarding the plane..

dun think you can do that.. there is another layer of security check at the check-in gate.. Thats why the collection point for DFS liquids is after the boarding gates...
In Australian Airports, I've been asked to dump my bottle just before entering the plane several times..
these days, i think you are allowed small quantity of liquids sealed in bags to bring onboard... for stuff like shaving gel or medication
They are very particular over bottled water though..
