I have a Trustfire 3.7v Li-ion 2400mAh batt that is not operating in my unit. A test on the voltmeter shows it to be fully loaded so I can't understand why it won't make vapor. I have had the batt for 5 months and vape with the mod only at work. The mod uses a 501 setup and was made by supplier here in town who is also a member of my vaping group. The switch on the mod seems to be working fine, too. I have a charged back-up batt which I purchased at the same time and when I put it in the unit it vaped for a minute and then it too quit. Changing atty/carto made no difference.

Thanx for comments and counsel.

ER........Could be several reasons. Do you have another Mod to test the batteries on? Sounds like there may be a short in the wiring of the Mod to me. Bad connector possibly. If both sets of the batteries are showing fully charged and still no go I would contact the vendor you purchased it from........Unless you an electrical wiz.(No pun intended to myself)
