batteries 18650

for Christmas my wife gave me a flashlight with batteries 18650 ... someone thinks they can be used in mech mod?

Not safely....they are rated 1C, a good mech battery should be closer to 10C, and any batteries with "fire" in the name are generally poor quality, and suspect. For a mech mod, look for a battery rated for 20-30 amps, IMR high drain, AW, Sony and Panasonic are some of the better brands.

You definitely want lMR (lithium Manganese Rechargeable) batteries in a mech or in a mod. Li-ion (Lithium Ion) batteries don't respond well to over current conditions and tend to heat, swell, and spew fire and hot liquids on the user when subjected to high current levels over time.

AW, Panasonic, Sanyo, and Sony are good brands to use. Make sure they are advertised as high drain lMR batteries and you will be safer.

i use only 1.4 to 2.0 Ω...is the same I don' t want to go sub Ω..?

Even with that resistance, you want an IMR / Hybrid high drain battery....if they fail they won't spew hot gas and fire. The battery in your picture would vent gas and fire, and possibly explode in a mech mod if something went wrong. Not something I would want near my face, or in my pocket, next to ummm...you know...

No, do not use this battery in your mechanical ...
