I've had digital cameras for over 15 years. Long before they were popular and long before the batteries were as good as they are today. That is just one example. What I am getting across here is that I have been dealing with rechargeable batteries for a long time. I can remember carrying 6 sets of 4 AA rechargeables for my Fuji S2 camera. Camera 4 AAs, CR123 replacement pack 4 AAs, Flash unit 4 AAs. I know all about how to maximize the life of and what to expect from rechargeable batteries. It is not very complicated really. It is not like I'm bragging here.

The good thing here is that e cigs are battery friendly. You use them intermittently. It is not like you turn them on and run them for half an hour at a time. A bright flashlight can take the life out of two 'D' batteries pretty quickly.

So the batteries are doing OK.

Here comes the complaint

Out of a total of 8 USB chargers that I got with e-cig kits in the last 2 and 1/2 months, only 4 of them work anymore. Several different venders and all supposedly good venders. (I am not blaming or naming the venders) In all my years of using rechargeable batteries I have never had a charger go bad before this. Batteries, yes they go bad but not chargers. These are the first chargers I have ever had go bad. In my experience there is some real junk being put out there as far as USB chargers are concerned.
