Can I use the USB charger that came with my Ego-T with the wall charger that came with my VV Evod? TIA.

The ego USB charger input expectation is 5V at about 420 milliamps. Check the stated output of the wall charger: it is probably 5V at 500 milliamps or more. If so, you're good to go.
