USB Battery Charger for Egos and Evods. Different? Same?

Hi all,

I know that this is probably a REALLY stupid question, but are the chargers for these batteries different. I have always used ego batteries. I got a great deal on two evod batteries. I actually prefer the evod because I like the "flush" button. Anyway, I had 2 different chargers, the usb charger that came with my original ego, and the charger that came with the Kanger evod starter pack. They are actually different (the pin/thread on the evod charger sticks out).

The vape shop that I go to, but don't trust, says the charger is the same for all 510 or ego type batteries. Is that true? I really don't want to damage the batteries, and the ego charger has just died.

I've got Egos And Evods and charge them all through the same charger. Never seen any problems.
