30A continous.

Xtar 30A
Orbtronic SX30
Those are the only true 30A continuous discharge batteries on the market right now. The Xtar 30A is really just a rewrapped Sony VTC4. They buy VTC4s from Sony and put their own label on them. The Orbtronic SX30 is a battery produced for Orbtronic that uses their own specification. In my experience, the SX30 holds it's charge slightly longer than the VTC4, but it also costs a little more. (It does come with a plastic battery case for safe storage when not in use though)
Any of those 3 batteries should work really well for you. You may also see someone advertising a Sony VTC5. I would avoid these as Sony stopped production of them years ago and virtually all of the ones you see now are fakes and should be considered unsafe.

OK the mod calls for for a 40 amp battery according to the instruction manual after a lot of research I ended up getting a pair of Samsung R25 20 amp continuous draw got my hands on a datasheet shows 100 amps momentary running them and having absolutely no problems with them they run cold firing down to. 05 I worked it out on omhs calculator came to like what 35 amp draw
Above 30A is all good
If you're talking about the IPV4, they usually call for 25A batteries and they are talking about continuous discharge, not pulsed. I don't know where you get the 40A number because you didn't link to it.
THERE IS NO SAFE WAY TO RUN ANY BATTERY AT 100 AMPS, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Sorry, just had to shout there.
With a variable wattage device battery amp draw depends only on watts set, atty resistance has nothing to do with it. You show 30 J in the picture which will draw around 12 amps max. You can check this out yourself with the calculator you can find here.
