Can anyone tell me if third party D8 or D9 batteries fit SAFE CIGS brand of e-cigs?

You could try asking the owner of AZSMokeFree.com - he sells some RN4081 batteries and parts and some parts for other ripoff rebrander models. He is familiar with some of the "brand names" and what parts they use.
