For the Z, I personally prefer the flat top EFEST 18500. You get a full day of vaping and the Z remains in it's shortest configuration with flush seams. The button top 18500 will give it a 1-2mm extension at the seam but fully functional. The 18350 is pretty useless and the 18650 will extend it to its longest configuration (but you get more vape time). I only use the 18500 flat tops.

The Fasttech links are for 2pk batteries.
I wouldn't use the NCR18650A or B for that matter especially if you like high watts. Those batteries aren't rated for high amp draw.

The 2 batteries I linked above are 2 or the best "high drain" batteries available.

They should work fine....
The pink Samsungs are pretty much like the Panasonics there on Orbtronics.
Good batteries, but don't handle high amp draws.
If you're getting them hot, just lower your voltage a bit....

Samsung makes their "INR" series for high amps.

I think you'll like the Xtar VP1 charger. You'll be surprised how fast you can charge an 18650 with it's 1A output.
I've got the Xtar WP2-II and it also can do a 1A charge rate.
I timed a charge of 2 Panasonic CGR18650CH's (2050mAh) and it took 2 hr 45 mn to charge them from 3.64V to 4.23V.
it's been rock stable for the 9 months I've owned it.

(edit)

Oh yeah, for got to mention.
You should see how long it takes my Trustfire Tr-001 to charge my AW 3100 mAh batteries.....

Just wait, you'll get to a point where you don't need to spend much at all.
The only thing I've bought in the last 2 months is some more PG and VG for mixing juice. :)
$25 got me 2 quarts. I think I'm good for a while.

Wow!
That's a lot of stuff for only being in for a month!
That said, I would think twice before trashing your TF charger.

Always remember backups for your backups!
(That's why I still have mine)

Heck, I still have a Vivi Nove in the box and about 15 carto's as well.
Haven't used any of that since I setup my first AGA-t RBA.

I would still use some of my older stuff in some situations.
Last November I loaded a mini nova on a KGO bat and wore it on a lanyard for a flight to Hawaii.
