Hits better than any VV ive ever tried with my protanks at 1.8ohm and my cartos at 2.2ohm!

You know, if youre just looking for crap to buy lol =)

Anyways good luck, hope you get the full effect from those boge cartos, my protank/evods/everything else is literally a paper weight once i started using them. Way bigger hits, way more consistency, and the one im using now just turned a month old and still works great. At 6 bucks a 5 pack i definitely cannot complain

I do want to get a mech  They kind of scare me though haha. How do I know what voltage it puts out? How do I know when my battery is dead?! Those mechs you posted look dope and could be a good place for me to start. I didn't realize I could get good looking ones for so cheap, thanks! :vapor:

@Gnarlycar That Kmax does look pretty awesome. If it's cheap enough I might just get it for looks! Very cool.

@Motorbtr You really like the Provari that much? I think my next mod is going to be a mech. I mean the Provair has the exact same functions as my Zmax, right? After that it all has to do with your clearo/carto combonation.

@glycerol What is your favorite espresso flavor you have tried so far??

I have a Segeli Zmax that I love but it is quirky, s/w locks up sometimes, button is starting misfire here and there. Also I noticed that I was constantly playing with the voltage or power settings even with the same topper so I wonder if it is very consistent. Not bashing the Zmax, just what I noticed after about 2 months of owning it. The Provari is dead accurate, set it and forget it smooth with a bullet proof build quality (I known sound like a fanboy, sorry but i am enjoying it).

I have a K100 mech that I use, you can tell when the vape gets weak its time to charge it up. Please use a safety fuse, mine came with one from Kamry, or you can buy a 2 cent safety fuse. It will protect you and give you piece of mind if the coil ever shorts. Also use only IMR high drain batteries, don't skimp here buy some Efest or AW IMR's.

Buy more cartos...you will go through that 5 pack quicker than you think :)
As far as 18350s, I use Efest IMRs, but from what I gather AW IMRs are great, too :)
I presently use a NiteCore Intellicharger I2 because the charging ports charge at 500mAh per bay and they charge my 18350s, no problem.

I've used T3's and evod's and loved them till I tried carto tank recently

2 of of them so far I'm up to 25 ml's each and no sign of the end yet

never got that mileage out of my clero's

I haven't had any issues with my Zmax but it has only been about 3 weeks. Hopefully it doesn't go down hill :( To be honest I will probably have a new mod before 2 months  I will look into the K100 and the safety fuse. Didn't even know they had that. Genius :D

Hey BBH, why not add in a regular non-rebuildable 510 or 306 atomizer for dripping / testing juices? You can get an atty for around $5 which should last you a good few weeks.

They give a great flavor and allow you to drip a few drops of each juice you want to try without the hassle of trying to fill / clean a clearo each time.

AltSmoke.com - Sealed 510 Low Resistance Atomizer - V2.2 - this is a sealed atty so you don't have to worry about using a sealed adapter or a drip shield.

If you use a non-sealed style atomizer, it will have little holes in the bottom - so this means if you over-drip into it, there is a chance that juice can leak down into the battery connector. If you use a non-sealed atty, then make sure you use a 510 - 510 sealed connector or a drip shield.

Loads of really good information about dripping and atomizers can be found Atomizers and Cartridges

I thought I was done spending money for a while because I finally got what I'm looking for, but I just saw this badboy, and I may just have to have one: KSD KMAX Variable Voltage/Wattage Telescope $37.85 | gotsmok.com
Single-button VV/VW device with kind of a steampunk look to it, but it looks like it's got all the latest technology in it.

There's definitely a lot of ways to spend money if you want to, but once you find a vape that works, you can also stop if you need to.

Good Luck!

Oh man... and I thought I was set with my 2 SIDs and a VamoV3... that thing is gorgeous!

Oh well, at least it's not 200.00 !

Last night I put an order in from Surevapes (free shipping):

5 Boge LR Cartos (for my Phiniac tank which was shipped today!!!!)
One orange drip tip (also for Phiniac)
Kanger EVOD BCC Tank (ones I have now are knock offs and the heads are crap)
EVOD replacement heads (5x)
IClear 30
Iclear 30 replacement head

Not sexy all necessary items in my current vapestrategy. I think i've reached a plateau after two months, probably take a spending break until next month trying to stay on a budget. I'd get a $600 German mod, but I'd rather get a barnwood table for my cabin. ;)

Well your battery will put out 4.2V fresh but usually settles around 3.6-3.8V. Mechs do have some voltage drop over the case of the mod, so you get a little less.

Once its not vaping that well you put in a new battery =)

Id recommend you use cartos/clearos/ etc at about 1.8-2ohms in a mech for a good vape. I have a 1.5ohm dripper that also seems to work really well.

I think I am going to try my hand at an RBA. I will use it on my Zmax for now. Once I get the hang of the re-coil/re-wick process then I will get a mech :D I have kicked around here I know enough about that stuff. But I do need to do some research on safe batteries. Plus my Zmax works like a champ! I'm not bored with it....yet
