Ok so here is whats happening, I have 3 x 1000 mAh batteries, 2 USB Chargers, 2 x wall plug connectors.

I put the batteries on, the lights go green and don't start charging, I unscrew them a bit and they turn red charging, however I left them last night and went to bed, got up this morning still red, they should of been charged, I tried vaping them yesterday and they seem to partly charge, they go a few hours and then die out, but whats stopping these fully charging? the 2 chargers have 450 mA out put

Have a look at the center pin on the batteries it sounds as though they may have been pushed down... this could also apply to the chargers. If they look low very gently pry them up with a toothpick or small screw driver and try them on the chargers again. Also get a cotton swab and some alcohol and clean all your connections. If this is the problem try not to over tighten anything onto your batteries or chargers to stop this happening again. Never leave batteries charging overnight this is dangerous...

Edit: the amount you need to move the center post is small don't over do it...
