Batteries prices?

Hey guys.I've been looking for batteries for my DSE 901.Two suppliers that i want to buy from have 8$ difference.Is the batteries different or worse in quality?Why such a big difference?

For a "normal" ecig I think about $9-$10 is about as cheap as it gets
