Batteries sometimes shows fully charged but it's not

I had my Joye 510 for about a month now, it works great except that now sometimes when I recharge the batteries, the indicator would show "Green" but when I remove it and try to use it, it's dead, and I have to put it back onto the charger till it turns "Green" again and then it works fine. Is it my charger? I always make sure I screw it in correctly (when the led blinks).

It should show green when it is done charging. Sounds like it might be a problem with your charger, doesn't sound like a battery issue.

I'm sure you can speak to your supplier about this to have it exchanged or something if it is a charger issue.

Also try unplugging your charger and cleaning the connections.

You should always clean your batteries (wipe with a microfiber cloth) before charging since you can transfer verdigris and liquid goop inside of the charger. A q-tip barely dampened with some alcohol should do it. If it doesn't work right after that, get a new one or two (a back up charger is always a good thing to have around). The small universal chargers are great as are the small USB chargers (which you can use with a wall wart USB plug).
