Batteries won't charge!

I'm so frustrated. I purchased a Riva 901 bundle with 2 batteries from Liberty Flights about 2 weeks ago.

I'm loving it.

But now the batteries flat-out WON'T CHARGE! They're well and dead... but when I screw them into the USB charger and plug it in... nothing. The green light doesn't turn to red... Nothing. I left one in for 4 hours this morning, then tried vaping with it - and there's NO charge at all!

I've got to be doing something wrong here... BOTH batteries?


Any suggestions?

Put a bit of alcohol onto a q-tip-and swipe over all connections. Batteries and charger and atomizers, let them dry for a few minutes and try again. You could have an e-liquid build up on your connections.

That's a really good suggestion. I'll have to try that when I get home.

Yeah, cleaning the battery node and threads can help a lot.
You might also see an increase in vapor production (marginal though).

You are using a Riva AC to USB adapter or direct AC charger? Or trying to use a computer? Some PCs disable USB by default or when idle. I always use AC-based chargers
