Lol Lilac & WV, your posts weren't there when I first clicked on the thread :D

LOL We snuck in the back door. I was probably editing. I noticed I spelled Karlos' name wrong and went to edit it, hoping no one would be the wiser. wv2win has immortalized my booboo in his quote. LOL

Only problem with mAh ratings is that all these bats are made in China. The bat manufacturer puts out the mAh rating, not an independent testing laboratory.
So the manufacturer puts anything they want on their labels, and they lie a lot.
I have some 10440 bats that are marked 600mAh, and it only takes about half a brain to know that ain't gonna happen.

    QFT!

Very few Li-Ion battery manufacturers put an accurate mAh rating on their batteries. The RC and flashlight forums all seem to have threads dedicated to folks testing the actual mAh output of various batteries. The ones that have accurate labels garner the most loyality. RC folks are real concerned with not only charge capacity, mAh, but also the C rating. (Many of the same companies that will lie about mAh will hardly ever publish a C rating for the battery and for some reason, unknown to me, C ratings are seldom, if ever, listed on vendor sites.)

No jokes about that. If a battery states 1200mah, just figure it to be 600mah. I haven't found a manufacturer that doesn't lie yet. The closet I've come to the correct mah rating is Powerizer. They seem to last longer than Tenergy, Trustfire, and Ultrafire with the same rating.

100mah is about 1 hour of moderate vaping with standard resistance atomizer or cartomizer. (less time with low resistance). Moderate does not mean chain vaping. I consider moderate vaing to be you are vaping less than 1/2 the time.

Heavy vapers with low resistance atomizer or cartomizer can really shorten the charge length of a battery.

900mah battery should be about 9 hours of moderate vaping at standard res
Chain vape could cut that down to 4.5 hours or less
Chain vape + Low resistance of 2 ohms may cut that 1/3 to 3 hours
Chain vape + dual coil carto of 1.5 ohms may cut that 1/2 to 2.25 hours

One person posted one day why is his 900mah battery only lasting 2.5 hours and that was why.
