Hello all, I am wondering which battery is the best? As in longest charge and strongest pull?

Do you mean Ego style batteries or removable rechargeables used in more advanced systems?
Name brand Ego style batteries from Joye, Vision and Kanger with high mAh ratings will give you the longest time between charges. Egos are regulated to provide a constant 3.2v. Kanger Evod batteries provide 3.7v. I'm not sure about Vision. The variable voltage versions of these batteries can provide anywhere from 3.2 to 4.2v, depending on make and model.

Within the eGo class that would be the VV Vision Spinner 1300 mah. Fires from 3.2- 4.8 volts.
As far as battery life is concerned, you want to look for the higher MAH description. The higher the MAH of the battery, the longer it will last.
The pull depends on the head (top) that you run, as well as if your battery can change volts, as in a variable voltage battery like the twist or spinner.
