So ill give you some insight first, i had purchased some fake blue samsung 25rs on ebay and i was wondering if they work well and hit hard are they still ok to use? i know their fake because of the line that runs from top to bottom where the bat was rewraped poorly. please dont give me a hard time about batterie safety i know their dangerous

You already answered your own question. Those fake rewraps are Not safe to use and are not OK.

It doesn't matter that they hit hard and work well. Even those UltraFires we constantly harp about not using will do the same. It only takes a fraction of a second for that "works well" to turn into "Oh well!"..

As tempting as it is to say "they work and seem to be OK" the problem would be you then rely on chance and your mod (if it has protections) stopping if something was to go wrong. I think you'd never forgive yourself.
I wouldn't risk it for the $50 invested in my mod before even thinking about the more frightening possibilities.
It's a hard one to bear. If you knew they were quality batteries, you could vape on. But, they could be anything.
I feel for you.
