Batterries and chargers

Hello veterans, I'm new to vaping and ordered 2 batteries and I have a question.
The 2 batteries come with 2 types of chargers and I wanted to know if I must charge each battery with its original charger or maybe I can use 1 charger for both? The batteries and chargers are:

Joyetech eGo twist 1000mah VV - comes with a Joyetech 4.2V 420ma USB charger.
SD keyring 300mah - comes with a 5V 100ma USB charger.

Can the 4.2V 420ma charger can be used with the SD keyring? because that 100ma charger is slow.
An another question, I'm using my Twist at 3.8V with 1.8ohm artos and I want to order the engraved eGo K, volage is 3.0V(less charge)-4.2V(full charge). Is it safe to use a 1.8ohm carto with the eGo K?

No, do not mix those chargers and those batteries.

Putting a 300 mAh battery in a 420 mA charger is an accident begging to happen. Do not confuse the two.

A 1.8 Ohm carto in an eGo K should work.
