Battery Aapters For KR808D-1 ?

Can you get battery adapters for KR808D-1 so you can use other Atomizer ?

Would like to try dripping and dipping LOL

Well, any 901> x adaptor would allow the electrical connection to be made but whether or not airflow is sufficient to trigger an automatic switch is another matter. I'm going to be ordering one of these and will be happily surprised if airflow triggers the switch.

That wasn't what he was asking, it's common knowledge 901 atomizers work with Nebula batteries but he was asking about using an adaptor for I assume a non-901 atomizer.

You can get any of the standard 901 to 510, 801 or whatever from altsmoke. These will allow for airflow with auto batteries as well.

Or you can gut a KR carto and slip a 510 atty in to it with a little modification.
Im using a 510 atty on my KR PT now.

That's actually a really good idea. I imagine soldering a line to the centre post is a struggle though .

Actually I didnt have to solder anything. the KR carto has a metal tube in the center. The tube acts as the bridge for the connection and as the air passage to activate an auto battery.

Just stuck a torch down one and I see what you mean. I hadn't previously looked that deep into them. So it's basically a case of chopping the top off the cartomizer at the right height to seat the 510/801 etc connector so it's in contact with that centre pole - removing the atty coil of course. Considering how much of a pain 901 atty connectors are to remove its a huge time-saver in making adaptors.

Just made one and I've decided I need a pipe cutter lol. A cutting disc just doesn't cut it (pardon the pun) when it comes to making clean straight edges, at least not with my DIY abilites. It works perfectly though albeit it won't work with automatic nebula batteries yet since my only 510 connector doesn't have any air hole..probably because it was out of a manual pass-through. Anyone know if regular 510's connectors have air holes?

I got my real 510 connectors with an airhole from Nerf today (thanks again), popped the passthrough connector off and put one on, connected up a Nebula battery and it worked ok but there was too much airflow resulting in much sucking to activate the switch and juice in mouth which I never get with 510's normally. I've temporarily put some tape around the join, not pretty but it works perfectly now, I have a lot of nebula batterys and passthrough and prefer 510's/dripping to cartomizers and the adaptor provides a buffer for excess juice so it should never drip into the battery.
