battery amps question?

Hello ECF community, I thought I would start this post by saying hi. But now for my question, I just bought a IPV3. I have two 30 amp batteries in it, so does that mean I can have a current of 60 amps flowing through the batteries?

IPV specs say 30 amp limit. I'm thinking in a series the votage is increased and the mAh stays the same. In parallel the mAh is increased and the votage stays the same. Someone can verify or dispute this.

Two batteries in a series (stacked or wired as such) doubles the voltage while maintaining the amps of one individual battery.

Two batteries in parallel doubles the amps & mah while maintaining the voltage of one individual battery.

I've read the IPV3 is wired in series. The specs on the chip indicated the mod will fire down to 0.1 ohm. Make sure you start with 2 fresh identical batteries and use them together, charge them together, basically keep them married for life.
