I'm in the market for a cheap and reliable 18650 charger. I decided on this one MC2 Charger (Simple Kit) or the MC1 version. Anyone have any issues with either of these models?

If you know one just ... good or better in the same price range than the xtar then please share.

I seen a lot of people suggest the samsung 18650 25r battery for regulated box mods.

What is the difference between the colors and do you recommend one color over the other.

Also has anyone ever ordered from xstardirect? Are they reliable?

Not much difference in the light blue or green 18650 Samsung's 25r's.
I believe the internal chemistry has been tweaked a bit for better battery life.

for blue vs green Samsung 25 r's

It's a good battery choice.

Personally not experienced with MC2 charger you should also check out Nitecore i2 or d2 based on your budget, they are good dependable chargers.

You can also try searching for the chargers in fasttech and look at the discussions and reviews of users.

P.S. Try to get good authentic Batteries and battery chargers, to have a safe vape experience

Xtar is recognized as a reputable and recommended brand of lithium battery chargers, as are Nitecore, Pila, and Efest LUC.

I agree with spalife concerning the blue vs gree Samsungs. The newer green version has a minor update for slightly higher heat tolerance over the older blue version. Both are great batteries.
