Best charger?

I'm very new to APVs (haven't even acquired one yet, tbh), and I'm pricing out my near-future investment. What do you recommend for a really good 18650 battery charger? I'm assuming based on the things I've read that I'll be using Samsung 25r, but I'll take suggestions on batteries as well. My mod will probably be either an ipv Mini 2, a Kanger Kbox (the one that comes in the subox kit), or something very similar.

Go with an Xtar. Nitecores are nice, but tend to crap out after awhile, like mine and several others.
