I have a nitecore intellicharger that's getting kind if worn out I suppose (just ordered a new one). When I pulled my batteries off the charger today it didn't even say they were fully charged but I checked the voltage on my multimeter and it said 4.24 on both battery's then when I put them back in the sockets they read as full. Aren't 18650s only supposed to charge to 4.1 or 4.2 max? Has my charger lost the ability to accurately read a charge and or stop charging after fully charged? I. Guessing its probably not in my best interest or my batteries to keep using this charger if I can help it? Anyway, could it possibly be my multimeter? I don't have a second one, but there is a calibration screw inside the back. Anyway I could calibrate it with a new AA battery or something or at least make sure its calibrated correctly?
