I was wondering if a dirty connection from the battery to the atty affect the taste and TH. Recently, i've been cursing my 30mg juice for what I thought was giving me a very harsh and strong hit. Just this morning, I took a hit of one of my eGos, with a lower nic level and I got a similar experience. I then just took a napkin and cleaned the connection end of the ego battery, took another hit, and it seems to have went away. The atty was connected overnight. I'm afraid to drip some of the tainted mixes from my 30mg juice because it's a wack experience. Can anybody identify with this?

I can't say I've had that same experience, but I'm kind of obsessive about keeping my equipment clean. I'm also not vaping a high nic level like you. Have you tried using another atty? I would give that atty a real good rinsing in some hot water and let dry overnight. You can also try just blowing it out and see if that changes things. I'm also wondering if this is because the atty in question was new and you didn't blow out the primer.

Thanks for coming through with another fast reply WoH! The atty was fine last night before I went to bed. I've actually rinsed it out yesterday as well. I'm trying to figure out what's causing this harsh experience. It could very well be an unstable atty(if that even exists). I have some new attys coming in today so I'll be doing some experiments.

I've had problems in the past with juice getting on the threads and causing problems. What I experienced was just low vapor production and reduced TH. Cleaned the threads on the atty and batt and it was back to normal. This seems to be an issue more with lower power batt's in my experience. I haven't had the atty off my mod in weeks.
