Battery case question

Hey all I just got a geekvape aegis and some new 26650 batteries and bought some battery cases as well. There’s room in the battery case for the battery to move around and I was wondering if it would be ok to fill the space in with paper towels to keep the battery in place.

Yes. As long as they're non-conductive paper towels.

Paper is non conductive unless it is wet

That's right. I think the pick-a-size is preferable myself.

Be careful with colors though.
Especially IIRC Cerulean Blue... damn stuff is metallic.

MRIs play hob with folks who have that in their tats.

I think you're overthinking this. Wood/paper is fairly well non-conductive.

Did you get the wrong size cases? Are they being knocked around all day?
There's going to be some play, but I wouldn't worry about my batts lightly rattling around inside my plastic cases.

There the right size cases just don’t want it to wear down the protective cases on the battery so I was gonna fill the space with a paper towel. They have some room to knock back and forth I got them from here:

You can use paper towels yes, and I have that with some of my smaller Provari batteries that I keep in my "On the go fix" bag in my purse. They don't rattle around...

I think you're overthinking this.

Hell on my batteries but puts a little spark in my step...
