I have been charging one battery by leaving it connected to the outlet while I use another battery to smoke with. Should I be leaving it connected like that? I want to know the best way to prolong my batteries. Thank you.
It wont hurt it - at least it stops charging at a certain point and wont continue to charge - you can take it off once it goes green though. I do tend to leave mine on til I need them and it hasn't affected their performance so far - I have a couple of chargers - my extension cord resembles a small octopus
I do believe the li-ion bats dont care much for trickle charging but from my own experience they've held up fine.
Jay's right: They have protection circuits in them, so when they are fully charged they stop charging. Leaving them in the charger won't hurt them at all.
I have a 10 battery charger and its definitely a great buy. There is a separate led for each battery which turns from red to green. Each of the 10 charging "holes" is independent of the others. There are also corresponding holes to hold the batteries when they are done charging (should you be a good user and not leave them plugged in all the time ;-) right.. Its almost impossible not to)
I have a question, when i got my shipment of backup batteries they were charged and wife started using them before i got home from work. So they didn't get the initial 8 hour break-in / 20 minutes / 1 hour recharge. Does anyone know if this will effect the batteries? Thanks.
We've had the Cignot 10-battery charger for about a week and it works great. Yes, each battery has its own little red/green LED light. Plus, across the back, and raised just a little, is a row of holes to keep your charged batteries in. Or, I guess you could keep atomizers or filled carts in it too.
It has a nice, long single cord wall charger plug and I eliminated a bunch of chargers on my desk.

That sounds wonderful - the standard charger (just one batt) has a lead shorter than my hand - I had to get an extension cord on it or have permanent backache trying to get to it. As I have about 4 batts this sounds like a good deal, thanks for mentioning it both of you
