Battery color question

Is there a turquoise, or blue-green metallic battery? I recently ordered a single logo auto in what I thought would be this color but instead got a dark green or emerald green (very Christmassy and nice but...).

I was wondering if it's mislabeled. When you click on the picture of the green one, it shows a turquoise battery. And if it's not mislabeled, what is the name of the color I should have ordered?

it could have been the lighting of the photo? my bf has them and the picture looks like them under a bright light or something.

Thanks, Clover. It might be the photo lighting but I kind of doubt it, the color was quite different. All the other batteries I've gotten have been true to the pictured color, and "green" had not been on the drop down menu of colors for awhile.

I believe there IS a turquoise colored battery, I've seen a couple of Youtube vids that seem to be this color too.

No turquoise battery that I can think of. We have a Metallic Green and a Camo Green(which is Olive Drab according to those in the know!). There might even be a Light Green....but no turquoise.

What is the color of the main one on display in this picture? To me it looks like blue-green. LOL, maybe it's my eyes.

Yes, there is a bright light tending towards the yellow on that.

Average pixel value is 158 Green, 107 Blue, 0 Red (0-255, 8bpp)

A true turquoise would be around 249/234/1-5.

Looking at the side out of the light, it looks more "emerald green", and does also sample that way. 0/153/52

Thanks for the explanation. That explains why I got what is definitely "emerald green". Which is quite nice looking actually.

Are the royal purple standard auto batteries going to be stocked again soon?

They're out of purple? I'll definitely keep a lookout for that to come back (along with the mysterious aqua one, LOL). I have a purple single logo and it looks so good with a gold filter (I tried it with RY4 which is a gold cart) , that I bought a box of gold blanks just to use with it.

Metallic Red with the copper cart is another eye catching combo.
