Whats the meaning of the batrery color?

I bought hcigar hammer clone and somebody told me that I should use 18350 purple battery. Well I only have 18640 vtc4 battery and its green. Any help?

The color depends on the manufacturer. Some have multiple lines of batteries and make them different colors. There is a lot more to batteries than the size, 18mm diameter and 64 mm length round, and capacity, 1200mAh for example. With a mechanical mod, like your hammer, it is possible to do horrible and angerous things to a battery. What "somebody" was telling you was to use a good battery to lessen the chances of anything going wrong.
