Looking at getting some new batteries and was wondering the difference between these two.

Don't buy any UltraFire batteries, they seem the least consistent of the bargain cells.

For standard 14500s, USA company, go here.

These have piqued my interest,

Li-Mn cells are thought to be a reliable choice at this time but we need to consider what may now be the most important part of the equation: who you buy from. Counterfeit batteries are rife and anything is vulnerable. You can't really be sure what you have bought, the label is irrelevant - who you bought it from may be more important. Any AW battery bought off Alibaba (for example) is a fake.

BDL Li-Mn cells sound a good idea to me as maybe the counterfeiters haven't got round to them yet
