Battery door/cap help needed

Hi all
I'm working now an stick mod with hidden atomizer. And i got an trouble - i can't make battery door i dont want to split body, or to make a big cap on the back. i want to make door like at gripper, or insert in body some kind of tube, like ''bolt extender'', but i also need a cap for this
so, maybe anyone has ideas?

A kitchen sink faucet aerator has large enough female threads that you could cut a ring from and then match with something like a cap. I hope this is what you had in mind.

It is likely in your kitchen but better to get it from the hardware store. If your sink has an aerator where the water comes out, it has these threads. A ring of threading is cut from this and pressed into the tube.

i see... the problem is i can't get such thing from hardware store, i also canr get it from ebay, etc. the only way - order from any factory, but minimum price is 50$... add here Nivel plate, red wood, different things to build - and you'll get 1.5 provari price second will be cheapier, but who will want it

Indie, "faucet aerator" looks most accurate on google images. A plumbing supply our hardware store should have them as they are a common household problem.

LOL wow, that was done using sink parts? That's awesome! I like repurposing things. I once had an idea to remove the airbox on my motorcycle, and as it had 2 carbs, I would use 2 chrome J trap pipes used for underneath sinks as cold air intake tubes
