Bought some Sony vtc4 batteries that come with these battery extension tabs. Claims you can use them in a nemy with the kick ring using a standard 18650. My question how should I use them? It seems that if I were to use them under the battery, the metal touching the tube would complete the circuit making the mod fire on its own? Any input would be cool. Thanks.

They're there for not using a kick..or maybe a smaller battery with a kick. Your common contact is the body. No need to worry about self firing. Your switch closes the circuit for your positive and negative/common contact.
I wouldn't use them, would add to the voltage drop, and could cause contact. Just remove the kick ring. Or you could get the extended contact pin and then use the kick ring.
Im not all to sure if I was actually going to use them. Im currently not using the kick ring in my nemesis. Just curious how that worked out as the seller gave no explanation on how they work. Thanks for the replies though. I do agree that it would probably add to the voltage drop. So, I will not be using them.

Well received my batteries along with the tabs. Theyre just magnetic tabs that turn your flat tops into button tops. I tried it out, seems to hit the same if not better. Really have no use for them but was just interested in seeing how they work. Hopefully if anyone else has the same question, this will help them.

yea they named them "tabs" when they are just magnets. as magnets on batteries is considered unsafe by calling them something else they dont scare off potential sales.

No worries, just curious what they were cause in the ad, he stated no more than just "tabs". Like I said, I have no actual use for them.
