Hi everyone,

I just bought this mod. I purchased a couple of Sony US18650 VTC6 3000mAh. I am not a very technical vaper. Did I purchase the right batteries for this mod? This is my first box mod. I have been using Provaris since I started vaping. Since they went out of business I decided to try something new. My Provaris are getting tired.

Thanks

The vtc6 is a 19ish amp cell.
The alien 220 will drain cells down to 2.8v at low voltage cutoff.

As long as the watt range you intend to use creates an amp drain at the low voltage cutoff that is within the CDR of the VTC6's you'll be okay. If you intend to use watt levels exceeding 100w - 104w higher CDR batteries would be a better choice.

Will these batteries work even if I am not sub ohm vaping? I'm not sure if I will like it.
