Wow thank you both so much for your help! Is it possible to use 18650 for 6V vaping on the grand?
18650 is a 3.7v batt. It only holds one of those...so no I guess is the answer to that question.
BTW gratz, could you use those on the Pila charger or a trustfire-001 charger?

Which batteries are you referring to charging on those charger's?

I don't have a grand "yet", but what do you guys think of this battery in place of the regular 18650

see link 4.8 Volt NiMH Battery Cell

It works great .... though the battery life is pretty short.
I have two of them and six more on the way :)
It does take a special charger though :( And the charge time is very long. It takes me a couple hours for the light to turn green then they recommend 4-5 hours longer. So I wind up charging 6-7 hours and they only last 3-4 hours for me vape time.

So they are good to have around, but I will always have 18650s on hand for the full day of vape on one battery.

Thanks for the info. That's good to know. The only reason I don't have an 18650 mod is the charge time, but when I did have one I was using a crappy charger too; that made it real bad.

:) I have 10 - 18650 batts so charge time doesn't matter, there is always fresh one waiting :)
