Battery/Infinity Question

Ok this is strange. I vape untill the batteries got dead and them pop em in the charger, when thier done charging I pop em back in my Infinity and nada, zip, nothing. Pop em out test em on a volt meter both single and in series and they check out fine, pop them back in and nope nada nothing. Ok so I pop in a different set thats charged and all is fine. I mark them so I know which they are and after a few days I try them again just because and poof they work fine, so ok these are marked and then a different set does the same thing. Am I taking to many drugs or not enough??? LOL

how old are the batteries? You will only get 300-500 cycles

Some of the Infinity batteries have crooked bottoms , set them on a table bottom down , if one of them leans put it on the bottom this will help. ( the leaning batt can cause them to not touch in the tube sometimes .

Also some of them have the protection circuits a little to one side causing them to not go in all the way. If you lay them on the table on their side and roll them back and forth while putting pressure on them it will align the circuits.

I am all over my Battery MFG to get this fixed ASAP ! not acceptable IMO.
This is a custom battery made just for Notcigs so we have had some teething pains getting it right , they just need to make a jig to hold everything when they weld the PCB onto the battery .

I know. If they can do it on run of the mill batts they should be able to get it right. It is an easy fix though.
