Battery isn't charging

I have a Kanger Evod starter kit.

Whenever I charge a battery the charger shows a red light and it turns green when the battery is charged.
One of my batteries is dead, when I hook it up to the charger the light on the charger is green, not red. It is indicating the battery is fully charged when it isn't.

I know the charger itself works because it charged up the other battery without issue.
Has anyone encountered this problem before? The starter kit is only 2 months old.

I have had a similar problem. Are you charging it on a wall charger or on your computer?

If you use the same charger for both batteries and it charges one and not the other, you know the charger is fine. Probably a bad battery, the only way to check is to whip out your handy dandy multimeter and check for voltage 1.while its not plugged in and 2. when it is plugged in. If readings are the same on both, then you sir have a junk battery. I'd contact whoever you got it from, they might give you a discount on a replacement, you can get new batteries for like 10-25 bucks depending what your after.
