Battery issues

Hello there. I've only had two batteries since switching to vaping. The first was a Foos which I had for 7 months, and then recently crapped out on me. The second, is an eGo-T which I just purchased maybe 3-4 weeks ago. However, after today I'm wondering if my Foos is still good.

The problem: When i connect the clearmizer, and push the button, it blinks 5 times and does nothing. I detach it, and press the button, it runs just fine. I've checked inside and out. I've cleaned the coils. I've charged it. No clue as to why it's doing this. I thought hte Foos was just getting old, but this one isn't old at all and it's doing the exact same thing. It's also not the same clearmizer, I bought a new one.

Any thoughts? Troubleshooting?

Anyhow, did you try playing with the tightness of the battery?

The battery contact may be pressed down too far. (where it connects to the clearomizer). You can take a small screwdriver or pocketknife and lift it up ever so slightly and that might work. There are several videos on youtube on the subject as well. Hope that helps out.

I've had a simmilar problem, the battery worked but the clearo gave no vapour. I lifted the contact with a small screwdriver and it worked.

After much trial and error, it looks like the clearmizer was on too tight? I have issues with this though, because I haven't had this issue at all before today and it's not like I'm using a lot of force, I'm as weak as a baby (a very awesome baby tho).

To whatever extent, it's working now and my work day can continue. Thanks for the assistance folks.

a 5/32" x 9/32" x 1/16" (Harbor Freight - {StoreHouse}# A007) Nitrile O-ring pushed over and then under the center pin of the (Insert Your Preferred PV Here) will fix your problem.
You have a depressed center pin. One of the most common issues with All PV's..
