It seems I am often jumping up and down. Moving from one room to another doing various things to come back and vape for a short while. A while back I had a spinner that died on me. It was fully charged but the switch wouldn't work. I thought maybe it was because I was always switching it on and off. My question is if I leave my battery on sleep mode for extended periods of time will the battery run down faster? I hate to be switching it on and off all the time but I don't know which is more detrimental to the battery. I am a chain vaper and vape every moment I am free.

Hi Margie,
On an "ego" style battery with a little button...If it is a three/five click On-OFF, the battery is never actually "Off", the button is just "deactivated." A deactivated button will keep the device from firing unintentionally. The battery life should not be affected noticeably either way.

Have fun

Mine only get put in off mode when getting put someplace where the button might get accidently pressed. Seems to me that you would use up the charge quicker by always switching it on/off - when turning off, each of those 3 or 5 clicks sends power to the coil and the flashing light eats it as well. It's not much extra but every little bit helps.
