Cloupor DNA 30 Problem

I was charging my Cloupor last night while I slept and when I woke up this morning I took it off the charger. When I hit the fire button nothing displays on the screen anymore it is just completely black. It will still fire and I am able to vape but I need to be able to see the screen.

I have pressed the fire button 5x and entered into lock mode and then from there I held down the fire button for 5 seconds thinking it might be in stealth mode but it did nothing.

I have also taken out the other battery and switched it with a new battery but the screen is still black.

Please tell me there is a way to fix this without me having to send it in to get worked on.

I dug out the instructions to my clouper. It could be your unit is in stealth mode. According to the instructions you have to hold down both the fire button and the down button at the same time for 5 seconds. HTH

A cloupor with problems? No way! Never! At least it didn't fry like my t5...

Yeah well I contacted the person I bought it from and they are going to replace it.

I am tempted to just get a refund and but a Hana V3
