battery "pairing" question

Hi, just joined today because I couldnt find an answer anywhere else.
I just bought 3 new sony vtc4 batteries fore use in my RX200 because i had questions regarding the safety of my he4s i got with it. (wrap looks dodgy so a guy at my local b and m is going to check them out)
Now I put my new vtc 4s on the my efest 4 dock charger and these are the most charged new batteries i ever bought (3/4ths of the way on all 3) but the voltage was not all the same. Should I have any concerns with the marriage of these batteries after a full charge or seeing as they are new they will be fine?

Brand new, fully charged, yes they will be equal and balanced so no issues, taking them up to full 4.2v charge equalizes each first charge. Just mark them 1A, 1B, 1C and never use them sepperately, always used and charged together until death do they part. If you get another RX200 or the DNA200 of the Wismec the batteries can be used in those as well, just keep the set together. I have a Sig150 and an IPV3, I have 6 VTC4s paired into 3 sets, I swap them between mods all the time, just don't use battery 1B with battery 2A, only 1A with 1B, 2A with 2B etc.

Thank you for the info! I'll label the batteries for the time being, I planned on having my batteries re-wrapped in different colors to seperate them just to be sure at a glance

Don't 'have' them wrapped, do it yourself it's easy, cheap and dare I say it fun. If you use a transparent wrap you can even put graphics under the wrap or just plain old labels.

If you rewrap a battery, be aware that the entire outer case is negatively charged, all the way to the top of the battery. That's why battery wraps wrap over the top and cover the top to the center post.

The white washer is there to act as an insulator preventing shorts. The outer ring is negative, and the inner post is positive. Anything conductive that touches both the outer ring and the inner post at the same time will cause a short, venting, and possibly a fire or explosion. Make sure any wrap includes that insulator on top and covers the outer ring entirely. Otherwise it's an accident waiting to happen.
