Battery problem

Heya all!
It is my first post here, so for first, I wanna say Hi!
And second, I wanna ask you if anybody can help me with my eGo Vision Spinner II. It broke apart in my pocket and the wires went loose. I took it to a friend of my who fixed it (sort of). the problem is that it is not charging. help me... it works but i cant charge it. Charger goes red but battery does not flash... Help me please. Thx in advance.

I feel like we have different definitions of "fixed." :)

I wouldn't get your hopes up about this, as we don't know what is loose/broken inside, let alone whatever your friend may have done with it. e.g., stuffing a bunch of wires back inside and closing it up may look fixed, but actually for something bad to happen. I've been wrong before (December 12th, 2001) so I hope you get some ideas -- but please don't leave that plugged in to charge unattended.

I wouldn't be using it or charging it if it's not responding correctly. If some of the wires are loose somewhere else, the "safety" features in the unit might be broken as well. This could lead to an some really bad damage to yourself, others, or property. Unless you have extensive electronics knowledge and battery safety knowledge, I would replace the unit and not mess with a faulty piece of hardware.
