Fuma Battery Problem

I couldn't find anything on this forum that was already posted that was helping me. Here is my problem:

I have a Fuma e-cig and I can't get it to charge. When I plug it in the light on the charger automatically shows the cig as charged. However, If I take it off and try to use it, the tip flashes like it is out of battery. I left it on the charger for a few hours with no luck. I also tried using the USB charger in my laptop and another wall charger with a USB connector. Nothing seemed to work. The puzzling thing to me is that the tip flashes when you first plug the charger in (which it's supposed to do to signal it's getting power and charging) but it won't seem to hold any of that charge.

Any info would be helpful. Should I replace the battery? Or is it really a charger problem? Or is the brand crap and should I try to get a refund?

Auto battery? If the threads and the charger threads are clean and dry, and the charger works fine with another battery, then I suspect it has been killed with a juice leak. Did you have a juice leak onto the end of the battery? That is the biggest flaw of auto batteries. Flashing - besides flashing when low on charge, a battery will often flash when it is shorted out (like juice inside can cause). You could try shaking it downward like a thermometer and see if you can get any juice out.

I do not know what model number Fuma actually is but if you know, I recommend you buy manual batteries.

Batteries have a life of about 150 recharges. Poorly made batteries may have a shorter life.

You checked the atomizer threads for juice too? Does the battery work with another atomizer (you should always have spare atomizers if you use atomizers). If it uses cartomizers, does it behave the same with another cartomizer? Does the charger work fine with another battery? Does that atomizer or cartomizer work fine on another battery?

Was the battery dropped or anything that may have caused an internal short?

I still suspect juice if it's an auto battery. Juice inside or damaged inside if the battery is the only thing that does not work.

If you have had the battery only a short time, contact the vendor. Maybe they will replace it.

And if you like that ecig I recommend 3 batteries minimum for any ecig you like. Stuff wears out, stuff breaks.
