Is it an automatic or a manual battery?
How long have you been using the battery?

If you're looking for something "cigarette like" the standard 510 is popular. I use MadVapes a lot. Decent 510's here; 510 Kits

A lot of people quickly find the standard 510 a bit lacking in performance and suggest the eGo. It's a bigger battery unit that works very well...especially for beginners.

If the light is flashing, and assuming it's a typical battery unit, it may need to be charged. That SU1 kit has a USB charger included.

Strigoi, are you from Romania?

nope, i've lived in California my whole life. i got "Strigoi" from a song name awhile ago when i was trying to think up a new username for forums.

back on topic...

if your batteries are charged and working it sounds like the cartomizers might be dead. also, are you sure they just aren't dry? you didn't mention refilling them or how long you were using each one for. are you getting any kind of burnt taste?

Hmmm....you may have a dead atomizer. The heating unit in the atomizer is a coil of nichrome wire. And like a filament coil in a light bulb it will eventually burn out. But before discounting it as dead make sure the atomizer is not flooded. Remove the cartridge from the atomizer and remove the atomizer from the battery and blow through the atomizer (into a napkin or paper towel). If a lot of liquid comes out it may be flooded. On the other hand, if nothing comes out then it may be completely dry. Either scenario may produce no vapor.

On top of all this there's about a dozen other issues that could be wrong with your unit.
Bad atomizer connection (center contact may have been pushed in too far).
Flooded battery rendering the internal auto-switch useless.
Bad internal auto-switch.
Bad internal regulator.
Bad charger, not fully charging the battery.
And so on...

I don't refill the cartomisers. I put 1-2 drop of e-liquid directly to the atty bridge. I use eigarette SU1 type. Strigoi, what type of e-cig did you use? Jonny thanks a lot for your answer. How could I clean the battery? Alcohol or other technic? I have another question cause I don't use this type of e-cig: in the 510 model what does it mean automatic battery and manual battery? Which is better or more resistant?

I have another question. The batteries could be cleaned? What could we use for this? Any ideas?

Don't clean batteries, except to wipe the outside with a wet rag. The manual batteries (those that have a button to push) are fully enclosed.

The inside of batteries are not to be cleaned.

The battery threads can be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and a q-tip.
