Battery Question

So I have a 1450 mod and want to use LR carto's on it, I use lighthound for all my battery needs.

Question: Are the High Drain batteries labeled IMR or ICR, also what's the difference between the two abbreviations?

(also, they have the WF-139 & 188 chargers, as I don't have a dedicated charger, what's the difference between these two?)
