It actually depends on the battery. An eGo battery, as an example, is regulated at about 3.2v, so it'll produce that voltage pretty much through its cycle. A 14500 battery on the other hand is not regulated. It will generally start out at ~4.2 v at full charge and drop in voltage through use until the protection circuit cuts in at about 3.2v. An 1100 mah battery will stay at a higher voltage for a longer period of time than a 650 mah battery, and the curve is less noticeable because of it.

The larger the number (900mah to 600mah) yes the larger the battery in a given brand and generally across the board for fat bats, ie-Ego, Echo, Kgo ect.... . I myself like 600mah batteries because they are lighter and I can hold them in my mouth as I vape. The bigger the battery the heavier it will also be. The batteries mah and technology has been almost exponentialy raising this last year. Not long ago a 600 mah was the king kong of batteries, now they are the launching pad. So it is also with cartomizer ml holding, The tank styles (clear e juice holders that use no filler inside), and quality. What is new today will be an "also ran" in 8 months. I sugest that if size is a possible isue, ask vendors what length and weight they are as the parent companies web info is grossly miss messured. Or wait 8 months and we will probably be vaping out of our cell phones:)

Dumb question - but wouldn't the 1100 also be a little longer or fatter than the 650? I guess it all depends on what the OP is using it with.

Again, it depends on the battery. A 14500 Li-ion and a 14500 IMR are the same size, give or take a mm or two, but the Li-ion battery will have a higher mah rating. It has to do with the difference in chemistry. Li-ion's can pack more power into the same size container, but the IMR's are a safer chemistry and don't need the addition of a protection circuit because of it. The advantage that IMR's have over Li-ion's is their ability to discharge at a higher rate. This gives them the ability to produce more vapor and do so more quickly. That's why many advanced mod users prefer them even though the mah rating is lower than a comparable Li-ion battery.

Usually always have a spare on the charger. When ProVari starts blinking I swap it out. Anytime I leave the house I swap for a fully charged batt, top off the 3.5mL Vision and I good to go for several hours. I don't like messin with nuttin, and don't have a lot of variability in my vapin. Don't have to label nothin, and it's as cheap as it gets. JMHO

Cheers,
