in a box.
So i've had my lava tube for about 3 weeks now and I am using the "fake" aw battery that it came with. From what i've read these batteries go up to 4.2 from a full charge. Every time i charge my battery i carefully watch it, when the trust fire charger turns green i immediately take out the battery and put it in my lava tube. When i check the volts of the battery it goes up to 4.1 only. This has happened many times. Should i just leave the battery in the charger for a little longer?

I've noticed the same thing, and yes if you leave them longer (an hour+) on the charger it will read at 4.2 in you LT. Use it for 10 mins and it will drop back to 4.1v. I think its rounded off in the readout, 4.19 would read 4.1.

Yes, I can also confirm that if you leave both a true AW 18650 battery, and the generic 18650 batteries on the charger just a little bit longer, you will get to 4.2 volts. A vape or two will actually bring the voltage of the battery back down to 4.1volts. At least, in my experience.

Also, Volcano just got the TRUE AW 18650 1600mah batteries from AW in. So, if you are looking into getting those generic batteries replaced, commence forth.
