A 2 ohm coil is a good start for the Twist. Be aware that lower resistances and small batteries can put you into a range where the voltage you get may be lower than what your Twist is set for due to limitations in the electronics. It will scale back the actual voltage to prevent going over its preprogrammed current limit of 2.5 or 3 amps, depending on the model.

You should be fine at 1.8 to 2 ohms.

I have an Aerotank Mini with 1.5u v2 dual coils on top of a EVOD VV 1300mah battery, runs great.

What voltage you running that battery at? 1.5ohm coils are not supposed to be used above say 3.6 volts or it will get too hot and burn juice. This is why I use 2.0 ohm coils, I like to vape at 4.0 volts.

3.9 seems to be the sweet spot for the juices I'm vaping, I don't go above that. I just bought an Aerotank EMOW that's designed to fit on top of the EVOD 1300 VV and it comes with a v2 dual coil.

I'm in the low end of the vaping range for my coil. Regarding the voltage/watts/ohms chart, double the OHMs specified on your dual coil and use that voltage for the range. So I'm going based off 3 ohms on the chart. For single coils, base it off of the actual ohm rating of the coil.
