Battery question

Evening vapers,

i have a question surrounding my battery/charger.

When the battery is fully dead and I plug it into the mains, the red light changes to green far to quickly to have had a full charge (after 20 mins).

I was just concerned as it should take far longer to charge and I've read that overcharging can lead to a loss of function.

Any ideas as to why this may be happening?

I must confess I am not sure, I purchased it from an electronic cigarette shop in Glasgow. I have an iClear 16 clearomizer and bought the cheapest battery (18 Great British Pounds). I had had a few models before this one and never has the green light turned on so quickly. Apologies for my novice level of knowledge!

What does it look like? Is it cigar shaped or a box shape?

It sounds like either your battery or your charger has a fault. Do you have an alternative battery or charger you could try to see which one is causing the problem.

£18 is an awful lot for a battery. I'd recommend having a look online for a better deal. I use the following sites and have always received great products nice and quickly from them:

Cheers for the advice folks, the battery I have is cigar shaped and about 3 inches long.

I think I will use that website in future as it does appear I have paid over the odds.

I have a second battery which takes the appropriate length of time to charge so there must be an issue with my overpriced battery

Some innokin batteries work as you describe. Try leaving it plugged in and see if the light goes out.
