Most no name batteries are from one of a multitude of chinese companies. There is no way to get any further info on these as far as QC or amp ratings. These are best off in a flashlight not your PV. Get proper batteries of good quality from a reputable vendor like RTD.

The only thing one can confirm from that photo is that the batteries are an IMR battery. That's a good thing, however, not knowing the manufacturer of the battery means one can not confirm the specifications of the battery. Battery specs are important to know the amps in continuous discharge rate to be able to know what ohm coil the battery can power safely.
When you make a sub-ohm coil, you must first measure the ohm or resistance prior to actually firing it with your mod. Then you must use the Ohm's Law Calculator. Put your coils resistance in the appropriate box, use 4.2 volts (battery's full charge) in the voltage section, and then hit calculate. The current will be the amps that the coil will draw from a battery. The amp draw must not be more than the battery's amps in continuous discharge rate. This is extremely critical.
Never use a battery for sub-ohm vaping which you don't already know the amp rating for. I made the list in the above blog that CreepyLady provided you so that fellow vapers have a reference of battery specs to refer to. But for the list to be useful, you have to be able to verify what battery you actually have.
Its possible the batteries that you have are counterfeit AW IMR batteries. Not seeing the AW logo sticker in the pics or seeing the ends of the batteries makes it impossible to confirm whether they are fake or authentic AW batteries. My guess is your batteries are fake/counterfeit AW batteries.
