I recently made the leap from an Istick to an IPV3. I have a few questions about batteries and safety. I'll try to stay on point, thanks in advance for your help.
The batteries I bought with the mod are green with a green paper label on them that says IMR186050 3.7V Li-Mn and a large 2100 mAh. Can anyone tell me what batteries these are? If need be I can remove the paper label and look underneath, one of them is about half off but I don't see any markings, yet.
I was told these batteries are continuous 35A draw, but reading here I see that people say there are no such batteries on the market. I only use 40 or less watts so far, is it safe to assume these batteries are safe at those draws?
How important is it to switch your batteries each time you charge them? It's not a difficult thing to do but I was to forget, is it a big deal? Also does it matter at all which batt is in which charging bay on my charger?
I think I am just a bit paranoid, but I'd rather be over-careful than have a big problem with a relatively high power device. Thanks for reading and if there is anything else I"m missing, please fill me in. Cheers, this place is awesome, so helpful.
