30amp

Sony VTC3 or LG HB6, though these are 1600mah and 1500mah respectively being true 30amp CDR they don't have the mAh as they are designed for max current (CDR), alternative would be the Sony VTC4 2100mah

20amp
LG HE2/HE4
LG HG2 (Best mah and decent CDR, great battery really)
Sony VTC4
Samsung 25R
Sony VTC5

Buy at
Illumination Supply
Liion Wholesale
RTD Vapor
Orbrtonics
IMR batteries

if in the USA

Is fasttech safe to buy batteries from?

I have bought Panasonic, Sony and Samsung 18650's from fasttech. I am convinced they were all real, the Panasonic's being 3 years old now and still work almost like new. If they sold me fakes they were very high quality fakes.

Personally, I use the same rules for mechs and regulated mods. If I'm going over the 80 - 85W range, I use 30A batteries. Regulated mods are supposed to protect you from mishaps, but I just don't trust a cheap Chinese circuit board to keep me safe. I use Sony VTC4's in mechs and in my iPV4 and they are great batteries. I have a couple of sets of the LG HG2's, and they are also great batteries, but I only use them in parallel devices over 80W. Once you crank up the wattage that high, the difference in mAh will only give you maybe an extra half hour of run time, and to me it's not worth the risk.
